This privacy policy defines the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices via Cookies to provide electronic services requested by the User, by Ies Polska Sp. z o.o., based in Olsztyn.

 

DEFINITIONS

Administrator – refers to Ies Polska Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Seweryna Pieniężnego 14, 10-003 Olsztyn, NIP: 739-396-73-51, REGON: 521832177, which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.
Cookies – means IT data, particularly small text files, saved and stored on devices used by the User to access the Service’s websites.
Administrator Cookies – refers to Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the electronic services provided by the Administrator via the website.
External Cookies – refers to Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners through the website.
Service – refers to the website or application through which the Administrator runs an online service, operating under the domain www.iespolska.pl.
Device – refers to an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
User – refers to the entity for whom, under the Terms of Service and the law, services can be provided electronically or with whom an Agreement for electronic services can be concluded.

 

DATA PROCESSING PERIOD AND SCOPE

The Administrator collects and processes the following personal data of Users provided during the registration processes on the Service through the Service and other communication forms: name and surname, company name, business profile, business/residential address, email address, and phone number.
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the agreement and for a period consistent with applicable regulations, taking into account the expiration of claims and tax obligations.
Personal data for which the User has given consent to process will be stored until the User withdraws consent
The User has the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Right to access, rectify, delete personal data (right to be forgotten): The User has the right at any time to access, modify, and request the immediate deletion of their personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
Users can submit requests regarding data processing via email to the data controller at contact@iespolska.pl.
User personal data may be shared with the payment operator “imoje,” managed by ING Bank Śląski S.A., and courier companies: GLS and Inpost.

 

PURPOSES OF COOKIES

1. The Administrator uses its own Cookies for the following purposes:

TYPES OF COOKIES USED

Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. They cannot transmit viruses or unwanted or malicious software. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
