Work-Guard Action Trousers are made from durable 270 g/m² fabric (65% polyester, 35% cotton twill), which is both wind- and water-resistant. The trousers feature a belt-looped waist with a tricot expansion elastic zone for adjustable fit and wind protection, as well as a front zip covered with a buttoned placket. Functional features include articulated knee-pad pockets, a tear-release rear pocket system with reflective trim, deep side pockets, a hammer loop, ruler pocket, belt loops, twin-needle stitched seams, critical stress bar-tacking, and a 2” hem for adjustable leg length. This ensures comfort, durability, and branding readiness.

The smooth, sturdy fabric surface is perfect for computer embroidery (e.g., on the back pocket or side panel), while vibrant transfer screen printing, DTF, or Flex techniques work well for quick realizations.
